Set on an expansive 3,000 sqm site, this residence has been meticulously custom designed for a growing family with a long-term vision to create a home rich in memories for years to come. Featuring secure parking for up to ten vehicles, a series of thoughtfully curated entertaining zones, and warm, inviting living spaces, the home balances grand scale with everyday comfort. The result is a refined expression of timeless luxury — a bespoke masterpiece crafted for clients seeking something truly exceptional.

We are frequently engaged to develop cohesive design and visualisation packages that extend into landscaping and external living areas, allowing clients to fully appreciate how every element of their project works together as a unified vision.

This project is a strong example of that philosophy in practice. Alongside our core architectural services, we were commissioned to lead the landscape design to ensure the property’s grand scale was complemented by resort-inspired outdoor spaces. The intent was to create seamless transitions between the home and its entertaining zones, reinforcing the sense of luxury and liveability throughout.

The result was a collaborative and highly rewarding process that gave our clients clarity and confidence — knowing the final design was carefully considered in its entirety, inside and out.
